Start your paper dress by preparing the paper size. Use a ruler to measure your paper into a perfect square. Any size paper can be used as long as all sides are equal lengths. Cut paper with scissors or a paper trimmer, whichever you prefer or have on hand. It is important that all the folds are well creased. Folds can be creased using a bone folder, ruler, or your hands. Press down on paper firmly being careful not to tear the paper. The better the folds are creased, the more defined the dress shape will be.
